The standard behind every arrival.
A chauffeur is the face of the service. Ours are selected, trained and held to a written code of conduct — because consistency is what our clients are actually buying.
Vetting & licensing
Every chauffeur is RTA-licensed, background-checked and continuously monitored for driving record and conduct. No exceptions.
Training programme
Chauffeurs complete our in-house academy: defensive driving, VIP protocol, route mastery across all seven emirates, first aid and service etiquette.
Punctuality
Chauffeurs arrive at least 10 minutes early for city pickups and are staged at arrivals before landing passengers exit. Being early is the standard, not the exception.
Discretion
Conversations are not initiated unless the guest speaks first. Phones are silenced, destinations are never discussed, and what happens in the car stays in the car.
Presentation
Crisp uniform, groomed appearance, immaculate vehicle interior. Chauffeurs are inspected before every executive assignment.
Vehicle standard
Interiors sanitised before each shift, chilled water and phone chargers stocked, and a fragrance-free, clutter-free cabin as default.
The etiquette we hold to.
- Luggage handled door-to-door without being asked.
- Doors opened and closed for guests at every stop.
- Temperature, music and route set to the guest's preference — not the chauffeur's.
- Flight tracking keeps the chauffeur synchronised with your arrival, never the reverse.
- No personal phone use while driving; hands-free only when the guest requests a call.
- Quiet, smooth driving style — braking and acceleration managed for passenger comfort.
